Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Oasis is required.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Riverside Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Riverside Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- Must be fluent in cardiac rhythms, STEMI, post-cardiac surgery, drips, Heparin drips, and stents.

Required Credentials:- Riverside Regional Medical Center does not accept license hits.

Special Requests:- You are not allowed to work for both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously. You must choose one or the other.

Unit Details:- CVT patients are also cared for in the Overflow unit.- Unit cares for cardiac catheterization, post-CABG, and pacemaker patients.- Adolescent and adult patient population.- Patient population includes CHF, A-Fib with RVR, chest pain, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, electrolyte abnormalities, COVID, and sepsis.- Patient ratios: 1:4 on days, 1:5 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:- Flexible scheduling preferred.- Every other weekend would be required (including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night).- If any holiday occurs during the assignment period, the applicant may be scheduled to work.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required

1 Charge/Lead reference required
