At Beacon, we've built a team that sets a high standard and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor who can help homeowners make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments in their home.

We're seeking a proven residential HVAC sales professional with the knowledge and confidence to evaluate existing systems, educate homeowners, and recommend complete replacement solutions that best fit their home's needs, comfort goals, and budget.

This isn't a cold-calling sales position. You'll meet with homeowners who already need solutions, build trust through your HVAC expertise, and guide them through one of the most important purchasing decisions they'll make.

Success in this role comes from understanding HVAC systems, listening to homeowners, and consistently delivering recommendations that create long-term comfort, efficiency, and value.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4–5 years of residential HVAC experience
  • Proven success selling and closing residential HVAC replacement systems
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, installation practices, and system design
  • Excellent in-home presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to educate homeowners and explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
  • Proven ability to build trust and close high-value replacement opportunities
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using technology (ServiceTitan, iPad, financing platforms, and mobile applications)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clear background check and ability to pass a drug test

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive in-home comfort evaluations
  • Recommend complete HVAC replacement solutions based on the homeowner's needs, home, and budget
  • Present equipment options, warranties, indoor air quality products, accessories, and financing solutions
  • Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, comfort improvements, and long-term system value
  • Prepare accurate proposals and confidently close replacement sales
  • Build lasting customer relationships through honest, solution-focused recommendations
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation within ServiceTitan
  • Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales and installation process
  • Represent Beacon professionally while delivering a five-star customer experience
