In this role, you’ll be stationed inside a major retail store (like Lowe’s or Home Depot), sparking conversations with shoppers about their home comfort needs and connecting them with our trusted HVAC solutions. No HVAC experience required – just bring your personality and drive!

Location: Stafford, Haymarket, Warrenton & Nearby Areas (Virginia)

Duties:

• Engage Customers: Greet and initiate conversations with retail customers to uncover their heating and cooling needs.
• Generate Leads: Promote McCrea's HVAC services, identify opportunities, and schedule consultations for equipment replacement or upgrades.
• Collaborate: Partner with store personnel to maximize lead generation efforts and maintain a seamless customer experience
• Track Success: Record leads and appointments accurately to measure and improve performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional materials and displays.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.
