Change Management Integration: Collaborate with the Change Management team to ensure that software releases are aligned with change management policies and procedures, minimizing impact on operations.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze release processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of software deployments.

Qualifications:

· Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

· Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, particularly under tight deadlines.

· Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
