Experienced Leasing Consultant – Herndon, VA

Job Description
- To engage prospects, build rapport, and confidently close leases
- To conduct tours and present community features effectively
- To complete applications, leasing files, and move‑in documentation
- To deliver excellent customer service and support daily office operations
- To follow Fair Housing laws and community policies consistently
Location: Herndon, VA
Pay: $21/hr
Type: Contract Role
Required Skills
- Property management industry experience required
- Strong closing/sales abilities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, Onesite, etc.)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in fast‑paced communities
- Bilingual abilities a plus
