- Assist the current Director in overseeing the center's overall operational management, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, legal and budgetary considerations, and long-range planning.
- Implement industry best practices within the program.
- Lead the staff to accomplish the organization's goals and foster improvement opportunities.
- Cultivate an effective teaching team and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Lead staff career development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Manage office functions, including payroll, accounts, human resources, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations while maintaining accurate records.
- Minimum age of 21.
- At least 2 years of programmatic experience.
- CDA or Bachelor?s Degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Successful completion of a full background check.
- Provide at least three professional references.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Current Medication Administration Training.
- 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as technology proficiency.
- Solid understanding of child development.
