A very well-known and established QSR operator in Chesapeake, VA is actively looking to hire an experienced Area Supervisor to join their team to grow their culture, sales, and staff. What we seek:

• At least 4+ years of Multi-Unit General Management experience - preferably in QSR, fast food, fast casual, or counter service.
• Stable work history, professional, energetic, hard-working and reliable.
• Experience managing a high-volume location (3.0 million+)
• Multi-unit experience (3-4 Stores +)
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and meet profitability targets .
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
