Bluemont Vineyard is a family-owned winery dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. We move quickly, support one another, and believe great hospitality happens when everyone works together. From welcoming guests to delivering food, restocking service areas, or keeping spaces clean and organized, every role contributes to the experience we provide.

We are currently looking for team members 18 years or older to join our Support Team.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and want to be part of the food and beverage industry, whether behind the scenes or guest-facing.

Position Overview

Support Team Associates play an essential role in creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include assisting with food and drink delivery, hosting support, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and helping the tasting room team operate efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Support guest flow and seating areas as needed
• Clear and reset tables
• Restock service areas, glassware, and supplies
• Assist with food prep and packaging
• Maintain cleanliness in guest and work areas
• Clean, monitor, and restock restrooms throughout the shift
• Support bar and kitchen teams with operational needs
• Follow food safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep as needed
• Perform other duties that support daily operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work at least three weekend shifts per month
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Punctual and dependable
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner
