Graphic Designer Job Summary:

Sparks Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a growing confectionery brand and ecommerce company on a fully remote, part-time basis. You can anticipate roughly 8-16 hours per week, but the company is flexible on when the work gets done. This role is ideal for a Designer who loves crafting visuals that bring brands to life across multiple channels—from social media campaigns to product packaging. You’re a versatile Designer who thrives on variety—comfortable designing sleek digital ads one day and eye-catching packaging the next, this would make a great side hustle!

This is a fully remote position , but you must currently reside in AL, DC, FL, GA, NC, MA, MD, MO, MS, OH, OK, TN, TX or VA. Applicants residing in other states will not be considered.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging digital marketing assets including social media graphics, display ads, email templates, and website visuals.
• Create high-quality packaging designs that reflect brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
• Edit videos that can be used across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver print-ready files while maintaining technical accuracy and production standards.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with fresh, on-brand creative.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Graphic Designer Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design experience, preferably within an eCommerce or consumer goods company, required. Experience should include design marketing assets as well as package design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere a plus).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and digital design best practices.
• Web design and/or product photography skills a plus.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, Temu, Etsy, etc.) a pus.
• Experience creating lifestyle or product imagery optimized for online retail a plus.
