Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms ® , is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Alexandria . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

• Active Bar Admission in DC and Maryland . BOTH.

• 3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred ; other civil litigation experience will be considered .

• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex labor and employment , commercial , and privacy litigation matters.

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters , wage & hour claims , and class action work .

• Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

• Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $150,000 – $190,000 , commensurate with experience and market considerations, plus eligibility for multiple discretionary bonus programs .
