What You'll Do

• Assemble and wire control panels and electrical components
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform point-to-point wiring and install components such as relays, breakers, power supplies, and PLCs
• Route and organize wiring to meet quality and safety standards
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or wiring issues

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or related work
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Weekend Shifts (Friday-Sunday)
  • $24.23/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr.
