Entry Level Management Trainee

We are actively hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop hands-on experience in operations, team leadership, and strategic campaign execution—all while making a measurable impact.

About the Role:

As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of day-to-day business operations, with a focus on marketing, event execution, customer relations , and team development. Our structured training program will prepare you to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a future management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support all functions of marketing campaigns, event execution , and client outreach

• Participate in hands-on training in sales techniques, customer engagement, and team collaboration

• Assist in overseeing daily event operations and helping to manage on-site teams

• Track performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and contribute to strategic planning

• Represent clients and their missions professionally at public and community events

• Shadow senior managers to gain firsthand leadership insight and participate in ongoing mentorship

• Support recruitment, training, and development of new team members as you progress

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or college coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Adaptable, dependable, and willing to take initiative in fast-paced environments

• Available for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

• Eager to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
