- Closing transactions.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Meet with motivated buyers who are actively looking to purchase
- Conduct buyer consultations
- Show homes and schedule property tours
- Write and negotiate purchase contracts
- Guide clients through the buying process
- Maintain communication and follow-up using our CRM
- Participate in team coaching and training
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
