We are a growing residential electrical company that currently services 35+ builders in the Panhandle of West Va, Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren Counties in Virginia.
Our office and warehouse are located in Middletown Va.
Our team is looking to add on a multi project manager with abilities that include laying out a house to code, per plan and or builder specs. Must be able to assess project progression, manage crews, drop off/ pick materials at jobsites, quality control inspection of each jobsite. Ability to communicate well with employees, able to utilize project management programs (Co Construct, Construction online, busy busy ect) Obviously a lot of phone calls and windshield time does happen.
A Fuel card and truck will be provided by company.
Occasionally we will be doing remodels, old work, basements ect and the ability to look over a project and estimate always a plus.
Small service work does happen on projects, but this is mostly a management position.
We have a great group pf guys assembled here that work hard, get along and take pride in their work.
Looking for someone with a good personality, ability to multitask at times, easy going but not lazy.
Any licensing is always a plus!
