Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 - $54.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function
- Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Neuromuscular re-education and patient education
- Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
