Position Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Event Assistant to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level, full-time position is perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the frontlines of live events, supporting campaigns, and helping create memorable experiences. No prior experience is required — paid training and mentorship are provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, teardown, and logistics for live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives.

• Support event staff and team leads to ensure smooth operations and successful execution.

• Engage with attendees, providing information and promoting campaigns, causes, or client brands.

• Help manage event supplies, inventory, and materials.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills in event coordination, marketing, and customer service.
