Proven Experience as a General Manager or in High-Volume Automotive, RV, Marine or Powersports Retail

What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes, and BDC
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers to achieve performance goals
- Oversee customer experience standards to ensure a premium Harley â€' Davidson environment
- Manage inventory strategy, merchandising, and showroom presentation
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with Harley â€' Davidson brand standards and dealership policies
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer â€' first service ]]>
