Woodlake Community Association is offering an exciting opportunity for Personal Trainers at our Aquatics and Fitness Center (AFC). Our Personal Trainers help clients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivation and education, but it's much more than giving out exercise orders.

Job Summary: A Personal Trainer guides their client's step by step throughout their whole routine, whether it is in a gym or boot camp. They are passionate about health and fitness, and through their work inspire and encourage others to develop healthy habits and routines through the safe delivery of effective programs, instruction, motivation and education.

Requirements:

• This position requires a national certification in personal training.
• 1-2 years prior experience
• A friendly, outgoing personality, with excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist members with their fitness goals.
• Current certifications in CPR, AED and First Aid.

Additional Requirements:

• All hours and training paperwork will be managed by the trainer.
• Trainers are expected to have a written training plan for their client daily.
• Have computer skills to manage Google calendar and Google email.
