We’re adding a Narrow-Aisle Reach Truck Specialist to support smooth, on-time warehouse operations in our Richmond, VA location.
What you’ll do- Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and transport products across the facility.
- Scan items and verify locations to ensure accurate, real-time inventory.
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report issues.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with onboarding by demonstrating correct, safe equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience with a reach truck or comparable equipment.
- Current forklift certification required.
- Detail-oriented and committed to safe work practices.
- Ability to handle physical work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communicator and reliable team player.
