E-Business Analyst-Amazon
- Analyze e‑commerce and digital performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for online sales and digital marketing activities
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Assist with SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online traffic and visibility
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to support enhancements to the online shopping experience
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform e‑commerce strategies and initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels
- Partner with IT and web teams to support website performance, usability, and conversion optimization efforts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to e‑commerce projects and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a broader team
- Support daily customer interactions, ensuring timely response to requests, accurate understanding of needs, and effective completion of ongoing tasks
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional environments
- Customer‑focused approach with an interest in digital and e‑commerce innovation
- Demonstrates independence and a strong curiosity that drives identification of new opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, e‑commerce, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or a similar industry is a plus
- Digital marketing or e‑commerce certifications preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support data‑driven decision making
- Ability to travel to client site for quarterly business review
