Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst with strong business analysis, SQL, and UI design exposure to support product development initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing CICS screen flows and IMS database elements to understand system functionality and map them to business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to review analysis and align on functional requirements .

• Understand business processes and design user interface requirements in collaboration with the UX team .

• Analyze PostgreSQL databases and identify appropriate data elements required for UI screens.

• Define business rules and data retrieval logic to ensure accurate data representation in the application.

• Create and maintain JIRA user stories , including acceptance criteria and test cases .

• Provide functional clarifications to development teams during the implementation phase.

• Validate test results and ensure acceptance criteria are met before feature release.

• Work closely with Product Owners to understand Program Increment (PI) goals and support product delivery.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and track action items across initiatives to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering experience.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) .

• Experience working with JIRA and Agile methodologies .

• Knowledge of UI/UX concepts and screen design collaboration .

• Strong documentation skills using Excel and requirement documentation tools .

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Mainframe technologies such as CICS and IMS .

• Experience analyzing legacy systems and modernizing UI workflows .

• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
