Wall Residences is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC (a plus but not required).

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed
• Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks (experience a plus, but not required)
• Ensure properties are maintained in safe and working condition
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks on schedule
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry tools and equipment as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check
