Position: Automotive Sales Manager
About Us: A well-established automotive group is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join its leadership team. We’re conducting a search for a high-performing individual who is ready to make an immediate impact on the store’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all guests receive an exceptional buying experience through coaching, accountability, and process execution.
- Manage daily sales operations, including appraisals, deal structuring, desking, and inventory management.
- Develop and track individual and team performance on key sales metrics.
- Conduct regular training and role-playing sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
- Partner with other department managers to ensure a seamless and transparent sales process.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to build a high-performing sales team.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturer programs, and industry regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Projected gross earnings $125,000 - $155,000annually

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive accountability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Salary Description
