Performance Coach, Alpha - $120,000/year USD
- On-site position in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Miami

This role does not involve managing 30 desks or executing district-mandated lesson plans. You will coach small cohorts of self-motivated students eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their learning journey. - Mentoring and inspiring students through consistent, daily interaction—coaching at a peer level rather than delivering lectures
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized pacing for each student
- Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks
- Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their goals via customized growth pathways
- Advancing Alpha's educational model through continuous contribution of data, observations, and innovative thinking
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
