Job Summary

We're revolutionizing our approach with a unique role that combines Product Management (PM) and Product Design (PD). It's a unique opportunity to shape the 'why', 'how' and 'what' of our products. As our Senior PM & Designer, you\'ll be the voice of both our business and our users, crafting user-centric product strategies and then bringing them to life through hands-on design for our All-in-One POS and Payments solutions.

Whether you\'re a PM with a keen eye for design or a PD with a strategic business mindset, we\'ve got you covered. You\'ll work alongside our expert designers or product managers to sharpen your skills in your growth area.

What You\'ll Do

1. Lead product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals
2. Be the advocate for the Philippines market, ensuring local merchant needs and government regulations are met.
3. Influence regional product direction by bringing local insights into decision-making.
4. Ensure merchant issues and frustrations from PH are surfaced, prioritised, and resolved promptly.
5. Turn that into solutions. Create wireframes or prototypes to communicate concepts.
6. Test designs with real users and improve.
7. Work closely with devs to bring designs to life. Write user stories to communicate high fidelity solutions.
8. Manage your product from idea to launch and beyond.
9. Stay ahead with the latest industry trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product teams; Minimum 1 year each in product management and design
• Someone who is willing to learn and grow in both domains.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing past work.
• Passion for user-centric product roadmaps; ability to prioritise by impact/effort
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments
• Bonus: Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B products
