- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio tools
- Develop and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadata
- Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable components
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standards
- Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting
- Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
- Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross-functional team
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
- Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
