Nights and Weekends Childcare Manager

Summary

To be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements listed below:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have experience working with children, can successfully complete a Virginia State Background Check and would be will to take a PPD screening.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm.
Brilliant Beginnings Learning Center is looking for qualified, energetic, and fun individuals to implement a Christian-based learning curriculum to our brilliant students, aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Applicants must be friendly, able to interact well with children as well as providing great customer service to parents. Applicants must be highly stable and dependable individuals interested in making an impact on our future.

Available positions are part-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour

Duties

-Ensure ratios are being met in all classrooms.
-Manage the daily schedules of staff members.
-Answer parent questions and phone inquiries.
-Ensure center cleaning duties are met daily.
-Take payments using ProCare.
-Ensure parents and staff sign in and out daily using ProCare.

Requirements

-Must Be 21 years if age.
-Must have at least 6 months of programmatic experience.
-Must have, or be willing to obtain First-Aid/ CPR and DHO training within the first 30 days of employment.
-Must have a high school diploma, or childcare related credits.
-Must have or be willing to obtain Virginia's 10-hour Pre-service Training.
-Must have or be willing to obtain a Medication Administration Certificate.
