Now Hiring: Concierge / Amenity Attendant

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: $18/hr.

Shift: Tuesday-Friday 9a.m.-6p.m.

Are you motivated and enthusiastic? Do you enjoy engaging with people and creating a welcoming environment? We have the job for you! The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Concierge / Amenity Attendant, you will:

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
• Answer phones and handle resident inquiries and service requests
• Monitor community entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter
• Manage package deliveries and storage
• Track community entry/exit logs and visitor/vendor access
• Distribute keys, gate cards, and move-in materials
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and amenity area
• Support community events or special projects as needed

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team player
• Customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Prior concierge or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
