We are currently searching for a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills to join our staff as an Account Executive.

How you'll make an impact

• Provide sales support and service to existing client base throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
•Confirm benefits to be communicated to clients
• Prepare/obtain employee enrollment materials
• Coordinate open enrollment period from start to finish
• Communicate accurately and timely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize the enrollment team and supervise the process.
• Act as liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve service issues.
• Resolve billing, claim, eligibility, and other service issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Place new products within accounts.
• Completing special projects as assigned.
• Following company procedures concerning all essential duties and responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing (or willingness to obtain) as required. Onsite client visits are required within NC, SC, and VA. Candidate should live in NC, SC, or VA.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
