Event Assistant - Entry Level
Our team is trained to create personal connections and meaningful messages that increase support for nonprofits. Through our fundraising efforts, we create opportunities to give back to causes that are close to our hearts. To increase brand loyalty, we look for innovative opportunities the message of nonprofit missions in the area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing information about the charity and charity programs
- Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorships
- Conduct event and retail presentations to new target audiences
- Reach sponsorship targets and donor retention goals

Requirements:
- A proven desire to pursue a marketing, sales or customer service career
- Must be coachable and eager to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator and strong written and verbal skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to operate to tight deadlines, proactive and demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
