What you will do - Essential responsibilities:
- Use your knowledge of MYCAR inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales!
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Represent yourself and the dealership with professionalism, creating a strong first impression and reflecting the quality of our workplace and sales process.
Engage customers to identify their vehicle needs by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening.
Showcase deep product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for vehicles, features, and available accessories.
Guide customers through a structured, proven sales process designed to successfully close deals.
Ensure smooth vehicle delivery by clearly explaining product features, warranty coverage, and all related documentation, building a foundation for long-term customer satisfaction.
Accurately record and maintain customer information and communication logs in the CRM system.
Proactively follow up with past customers to strengthen relationships and drive repeat and referral business.
Generate new leads through personal marketing initiatives including direct mail, community networking, and outbound calls.
Stay up-to-date on pricing, features, and specifications of both our inventory and competing brands to provide informed, value-based comparisons.
MYCAR pays new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 160 hours of selling, after which set pay through sales become the primary base of pay.Benefits:
