Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-focused Community Outreach Associate to join our growing event marketing team. In this role, you will help strengthen relationships within local communities while promoting our events, campaigns, and brand initiatives. As a Community Outreach Associate, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, building partnerships, and creating meaningful connections that support the success of our events and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and strategic partners to promote company events and initiatives.
• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns to increase awareness of upcoming events, services, and brand initiatives.
• Attend community events, networking functions, fairs, and meetings to represent the company and engage with local audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop targeted promotional materials and outreach strategies for diverse communities.
• Assist with organizing and hosting community events, workshops, educational programs, and informational sessions.
• Gather feedback, insights, and engagement data from community members to help improve outreach strategies and future event planning.
• Track outreach performance metrics, attendance, and community engagement efforts.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive and community-centered brand image.

Qualifications amp; Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Previous experience in community outreach, public relations, event planning, or nonprofit engagement is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for community involvement, relationship building, and creating positive social impact.
