**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols.
+ Work closely with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure and orderly environment.
+ Remain alert to potential hazards and/or unusual situations throughout the location and report as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
