Ironage Korean Steak House is looking for outgoing, energetic and professional people who can work in a fun, fast paced restaurant that caters to lunch and dinner crowds. Our high volume gives you consistent hours, flexible schedules and the opportunity to make a great income. You will also be given the opportunity to build your career as we give you career growth possibilities within the company. We provide in-depth training for your professional success including, but not limited to, time management skills, multitasking skills, interpersonal relationships, and more. Working with a big team such as ours will allow you to meet new people.

Requirements:

• Must represent Ironage Korean Steak House’s Values and principles
• Must follow rules and regulations of Ironage Korean Steak House and all applicable city, county, state and federal laws and regulations
• Enjoys Guest service and have passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
• Must understand the concept of teamwork, communication and leadership
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for 7 to 12 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to learn, understand and follow basic health codes.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to mix and serve alcoholic drinks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $ 28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
