Bisbee Honda of Danville is dedicated to providing exceptional automotive service and customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering professional communication and expert guidance throughout the vehicle service process. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Danville, VA.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately.
• Recommend services, parts, and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes for approval.
• Administer warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up after repairs are completed.
• Perform final vehicle inspections to ensure all services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
• Comply with all state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in Virginia.
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
