Develops and promotes collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians and interdepartmental personnel in order to enhance hospital operations and liaisons between management and the off-shift staff. This professional licensed staff position meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. MSN is preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts At least three years of work experience as a RN **Pay Range:** $38.19 - $95.63 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
