Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician- $100,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform minor and major surgeries.
2. Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of OB/GYN problems.
3. Direct, advise, and supervise medical staff including nurses, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, etc. on proper procedures and protocol.
4. Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
5. Examine patients, obtain medical histories, and order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
6. Actively participate in internal quality improvement teams and work with team members to proactively drive improvement initiatives.
7. MFM opportunity is mostly outpatient with some inpatient consults
8. Work 8hr shifts Mon-Fri, with dedicated, highly-competent clinical staff
9. High volume ultrasound, including interpretation of fetal echocardiograms, first trimester screening, fetal anatomic survey, amniocentesis (CVS experience appreciated, not mandatory) **
10. Antenatal assessment interpretation including NST, biophysical profile

Qualifications:

1. Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology
2. Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
3. Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.
4. Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation Range: $325,000-$475,000

Please note that compensation is based on years of experience.
