Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)
Sterling, VA
$18.00-$20 per Hour | Weekly Pay
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse software and established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if applicable).
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring products are handled with care.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
