Industrial Electronic Controls Technician

Bemana is seeking an Industrial Electronic Controls Technician to join a trusted leader in industrial electronic repair and sales located in Danville, VA. This company specializes in diagnosing and repairing industrial electronic controls. This is a hands-on, in-shop role perfect for a technician who thrives on component-level troubleshooting and bringing electronics back to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform component-level repairs on a variety of industrial electronic equipment, including: AC & DC Drives, HMI Panels, Servo Motors & Drives, PLCs, and more.

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostics using company-provided test equipment.

• Work extensively on VFD systems, which make up majority of all repairs.

• Maintain accurate repair records and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of component-level electronic repair experience

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair on the component level

• Bring your own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, cutters, etc.); all specialized testing equipment is provided.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
