What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity reporting suspicious behavior maintenance issues and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by following Allied Universal protocols assisting with directions and information and completing routine reports related to assigned patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
