- Deliver comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for newborns in various settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications as needed.
- Educate families on neonatal care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
