Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a real difference in K-12 educational settings. This contract-based opportunity offers three full-time positions, each at 37.5 hours per week, supporting students across a range of grade levels. Both experienced SLPs and clinical fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply—flexibility exists for those with caseload or grade-level preferences, ensuring your strengths and interests are matched where you’ll have the greatest impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• CCC-SLP certification preferred, but clinical fellows are welcome
• Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across K-12 populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain clear documentation and monitor progress for compliance and reporting
• Utilize evidence-based practices in an engaging educational environment
