**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors entering the location while following access control procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the facility.
+ Check identification and credentials of all individuals seeking access to the premises, maintaining accurate logs of entries and exits as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when necessary according to established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
+ Provide customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following company and site-specific guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Primarily driving post is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
