**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents as per company and site guidelines.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
+ Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as needed while maintaining access control protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
