Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple warehouse locations for a fast-paced foodservice distribution company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is comfortable recruiting for operational and driver-based roles.

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions across multiple warehouse locations
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including: Warehouse Order Selectors, Class A & B Delivery Drivers, Class A Shuttle Drivers
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
  
• Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to build strong candidate pipelines
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity
  
• Meet or exceed hiring targets and time-to-fill expectations

Skills Required

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in logistics, distribution, or transportation industries
• Strong understanding of driver qualifications and warehouse roles is preferred
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
  
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
  
• Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $28 - $31 pe r hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
