• Maintain organized tooling and complete accurate maintenance records
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and shifting production priorities
• Adhere to company policies and all safety standards on every task

What you’ll need

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Tech
• Solid mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Hands-on familiarity with industrial tools, machines, and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize safely
• Dependability and a safety-first approach
