Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or vendor arrivals while following post orders and property protocols to help support orderly operations at the location.
• Complete routine reports on incidents, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
