Founding Enterprise Account Executive

We are not looking for someone to manage inbound leads.

We are looking for someone who can create a market.

Our client is an early-stage enterprise AI company building secure, auditable intelligence infrastructure for organizations where inaccurate outputs, weak governance or exposed data are unacceptable.

They are hiring their first dedicated enterprise Account Executive.

Salary: $300k OTE+ Equity

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from a standing start
• Open complex enterprise accounts
• Sell to CTOs, CISOs, data leaders and senior executives
• Lead technical discovery and business-case development
• Navigate security, compliance, procurement and legal
• Close foundational customers
• Help build the GTM playbook future sellers will follow

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• A record of exceeding quota
• Success building your own pipeline
• Experience selling AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions
• Exposure to regulated or high-trust industries
• Strong executive presence
• A genuine point of view on enterprise AI
