We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives. The Associate Salesforce Developer should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design, write, and maintain test classes, ensuring code meets Salesforce standards.
- Continuously optimize and refine custom solutions based on evolving business requirements.
- Member of the salesforce.com integration and implementation team
- Understanding of automation and integration tools ie: Copado, Workato, DBT, Fivetran, Census
- Utilizing triggers/Apex code
- Sandbox environment and release management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- End User support utilizing Freshservice ticketing system.
- Technical documentation utilizing Confluence.
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in application support with a preference for those who have experience providing support in a salesforce centered environment (Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Comms Cloud (Vlocity), Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross-functional groups to craft solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with IT tools (i.e., IT FreshService, JIRA Software, JIRA Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with Broadband applications including VC4, Symphonica, GTV, 3GIS is a plus.
