ResponsibilitiesAssist our lead installers with the layout, digging, and assembly of various fence types.
Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles with care.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the job site remains safe for everyone.
Operate manual and power tools under the guidance of your crew lead.
Measure and cut materials accurately according to project blueprints and site requirements.
Communicate clearly with the rest of the crew to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule.
Requirements- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Chesapeake shop.
- Physical stamina to lift materials and work outdoors throughout the day.
- No prior fence experience required.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds.
